"Pohmakas 2" kaevati tätoveeringu pärast kohtusse Mike Tysoni näo vasakul küljel laiutava hõimutätoveeringu disaininud S. Victor Whitmill nimetab kujundust üheks ainulaadseimaks ja äratuntaivamaks, mis tehtud. Kuna autoriõigused sellele kuuluvad talle, leidis Whitmill, et selle loata kasutamine "Pohmakas 2"-s ei ole aktsepteeritav.

The copyright lawsuit brought against Warner Bros. by S. Victor Whitmill, the tattooist who gave Mike Tyson his Maori-inspired facial tattoo and believed it was illegally reproduced on the face of Ed Helms in The Hangover Part II, will not delay the release of the film.
Chief Judge Catherine D. Perry of the Eastern District of Missouri has denied the injunction that would keep the film out of theaters (and cost Warner Bros. millions in marketing).
”We are very gratified by the Court’s decision which will allow the highly anticipated film, The Hangover Part II, to be released on schedule this week around the world,” the studio said in a statement. “Plaintiff’s failed attempt to enjoin the film in order to try and extract a massive settlement payment from Warner Bros. was highly inappropriate and unwarranted.”

Kõige jaburam selle juures, et Tyson ise filmis räägib sellest tätokast ja käsib Stu'l maha võtta vms. Sürr.

Miks jabur? Tüüp nägu võimalust lawsuitiks ja hüppas pardale. Ei jopanud lihtsalt. Tüüpiline 21. sajandi elu ju.

Iseenesest joppas, sest ta saab siiski päris kopsaka kompensatsiooni.

No miks ta (või tema advokaadid) siis juba võtete aeg reaalselt kisa ei teinud? Filmis ta ju ütleb seda ikkagi nö. Tyson'i karakterina.
Või oot, tätoka autor on hoopis kogu selle jama taga? Tyson'l on ilmselt pohh...

Warner Brothers has stated that they will go back to the film and erase, or significantly change, the tattoo for the DVD/Blu-Ray release unless an agreement is reached. Cost of settlement versus that much digital airbrushing? I'm guessing they settle out of court.
